ABOUT
THREE DI is a fashion tech studio and education company designing the 3D fashion pieces of the future. Their efforts are towards supporting fashion brands to optimise the production process with 3D design so they can minimise their ecological impact. The studio specialises in 3D digital fashion for sports apparel & luxury fashion companies.
While entering a new niche market, we’ve specified a strategy and tactics how to position the studio so that new customers can enthusiastically respond to their offer. To resolve current challenges, we developed a new strategic direction.
The brand identity that remain a concept is a bold holistic, visual expression designed to be recognised and impress. As an expression the logo is an organic form depicting the science behind what the brand does – 3D form built up from a thread. Graphically vibrant and dynamic digital elements materialise the company’s visual representation.

STEP ONE: inspire
Over a two-day facilitated session, we surfaced the Studio challenges. In the process, we created customer profiles, categorised competitors and the needs and goals of the business and its customers. This became the foundation for the branding and marketing plans for the 2023.
STEP two: CARE
First, we scoped out the customer’s needs and goals, then with a deep dive workshop into the tech used to improve their environmental impact. Digging even deeper, we uncovered the founder’s vision and mission, and used that to craft a killer company brand strategy that’s on point. Boom, we’ve got a rock-solid, cohesive brand foundation.
STEP three: Outweigh
Over a one-day workshop session we’ve worked on showcasing and brainstorming how can we differentiate the studio from competitors. The results became the foundation of the conceptual design work. Watch out, world!

STEP FOUR: NOTICE
With the use of a brand attributes created over the course of the workshops we developed the main concept – The Minimal Tech Sustainability. This is a mixture of organic forms, nature, and technology. The concept depicts the science behind what the studio does – 3D design and fashion.
STEP FIVE: IDENTIFY
Minimal, tech and sustainable approach is the foundation of the studio process. All brand assets are following the same approach. For example, the logo is an organic form built up from a 3D thread. We’ve created a holistic, visual expression designed to be recognised and impress.
STEP six: champion
With set of clear tactics and activities we set a strategy plan. Depending on the results and performance we kept the plan flexible and adaptable to changes in the market and business environment to make sure we are achieving the desired results.
